по усилию чуть слабже синего торнео, около 30-35кг на самом тяжёлом уровне, для разминки пойдёт. в руке лежит приятно. сборка хорошая, люфта нет. за три сотни норм.
Еспандер загалом непоганий. Не зважаючи на те, що він пластиковий, все одно доволі міцний (користуюся два тижні). Проте він лише на максимальних навантаженнях матиме хоч який сенс для вас, якщо ви вже займаєтеся своїми передпліччями. Якщо у вас сильні руки, то краще пошукати металеві спіральні еспандер з фіксованим навантаженням. Для початківців цей підходить добре. Лічильник працює. Під велику та середню руку. Доставка менше місяця. Пакет-пупирка + пакетик.))

muy bueno esperaba algo peor es como en la foto nada de engaños aunque el contador a la hora de volverlo a 0 esta como descuadrados los numeros pero tampoco tiene tanta importancia eso por lo demas esta muy bien yo pedi 2 vino rapido y es como en la descripción gracias vendedor lo recomiendo
